Returns and Refunds Policy

Return of products and refunds thereof are governed by the provisions of this policy as given below.

In case the customers are not satisfied with the product or the committed service is not delivered and make up their mind to return the product/service, they are required to contact us through given phone number, chat and/or through email address with 14 days of delivery of product. Any request for return and refund will not be entertained thereafter. You shall provide the Order ID and other order details required by our team for this purpose.

It shall be noted that all returns shall be done in the original packaging and the product shall be in good condition. Products received in damaged or tampered condition will not qualify for refunds and the company is not liable to pay any refund amount against it. If the product is not returned in original packaging, then a minimum of 10% of amount will be deductible.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the product in our warehouse.

It shall further be noted that Customer will be liable for payment of all shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee shall be payable by the Customer. This amount will be deducted from the refundable amount.

The refunds will be processed through the same channel by which we have received them. So, if customer has paid via card, refund will automatically be processed and credited to that card
